100,000L Steel Firewater Tank, Underground or Aboveground
7.4mm version with 3 x 14.80m internal reinforced rings (flat bottoms).
95m³ version with 7.4mm internal reinforced rings, dimensions 2.85 x 15m
100m³ version with 5mm internal reinforced rings, dimensions 2.80 x 17m
The tanks are sandblasted, fitted, and then painted internally and externally with a corrosion-resistant epoxy resin coating. The standard tank includes a suction pipe with a suction strainer, a vent, supply and discharge connections, a ladder, and a manhole.
The tanks are provided with a leak-tightness certificate, a declaration of compliance with fire protection standards, required for fire department inspection, and an operation and maintenance manual.
Of course, the customer can decide on the arrangement of the connections.
Ask us for:
-An option to prepare steel frames for an above-ground tank
-food grade -approved coating
-a manhole shaft, allowing access to the tank
-over-tank manhole covering the access to the tank
-DN50 or DN100 float valve, mounting incuded.
-Cast iron manhole covers intended for green areas (non-drive-through),
-drive-through manhole, for example, for parking lots.
We have our own specialized trailer. Delivery costs depend on the destination.
The estimated time for manufacturing a single tank is approximately 21-28 business days.
We provide a two-year warranty on each tank.

Need a different configuration? At the customer’s request, and for an additional fee, we provide professional technical modifications to this tank.
- Connection modifications: welding in new fittings, changing diameters and locations.
- Heating and mixing: installation of a heating coil or a mixer/agitator.
- Insulation: thermal insulation of the tank and cladding with sheet metal (protective jacket).
- Coatings: sandblasting and specialist painting (internal/external).
